- Certified Pre-Owned (Refurbished) ACs: Thoroughly pressure-tested with 100% pure copper coils. Includes 1-Year Bhavani Cooling Solutions Compressor Warranty and 6-Month Free Doorstep Service support.
- Genuine Spare Parts: Tested for OEM compatibility. Spare parts installed by our technicians carry replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
2. Doorstep Service Bookings
- Standard inspection and labor charges (Installation: ₹450, Repair/Diagnosis: ₹450, Removal/Uninstallation: ₹450, Foam Jet Wash: ₹749).
- Any spare parts, refrigerant gas top-up, or copper piping required will be quoted to the customer and replaced ONLY upon explicit customer approval before work begins.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

- 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If the delivered air conditioner or appliance has any transit damage, physical defect, or technical fault upon installation, we provide a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition for Return: The unit must be in its original packaging along with all supplied accessories, invoice, and warranty card.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- For online prepayments (Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards), approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours and credited back to the customer's original payment method within 5 to 7 business days as per banking norms.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are settled via direct UPI transfer or bank NEFT upon return verification.
